| Glendale's landmark Castle House, built in 1929 by silent film actress Bertha Richter, is located in Glenoaks Canyon. It enjoys a long-standing tradition of cultural and classical music activity. For many years, organ music could be heard echoing througout the canyon emanating from the castle's tower. And before that, movies were occasionally projected to overhead, low-lying clouds when weather conditions permitted. Now, with the inauguration of Chamber Music in the Castle, classical music and social interaction with neighbors and music lovers returns on the second Sunday of the month (October thru May). Please join us at 2:30 for a glass of wine before the concert. Music starts at 3:00. | ||||||
